When and where is YENZA Somerfest 2026 taking place?
YENZA Somerfest 2026 takes place on Friday, 18 December and Saturday, 19 December 2026, at YENZA (Die Ou Worskoning) in Fochville, South Africa. The festival brings together live entertainment, delicious food, local vendors and a vibrant community atmosphere.
How do I apply to become a vendor?
To become a vendor at YENZA Somerfest, select the Apply Now button and create an account on our online Vendor Portal. Complete your business information, choose your preferred stall location and submit your application for review.
How much does a vendor stall cost?
Vendor stall prices range from R750 to R1,500 per day, depending on the selected festival location. Two-day stall packages are available from R1,500 to R3,000. All applications and location selections are subject to approval.
When do vendors need to pay?
Vendor payments are made by EFT after an application has been approved. Approved vendors will receive payment instructions and should use their unique vendor number as the payment reference.
Can I choose my preferred stall location?
Yes. Vendors can indicate their preferred stall location when completing the application. However, stall availability is limited, and the final allocation will be determined during the approval process
What products can I sell at the festival?
YENZA Somerfest welcomes applications from different types of businesses, including food vendors, retailers and market traders. All proposed products or services must be declared during the application process and are subject to approval by the festival organisers.
Is YENZA Somerfest family-friendly?
YENZA Somerfest is designed as a community-focused summer event, bringing people together through food, entertainment, shopping and shared experiences. The festival plan also includes a dedicated Kidzone area.
